Legalization of trademark certificates

Dear clients,

Our translation agency assists in the legalization of trademark certificates for goods and services issued in Ukraine.

To legalize a trademark certificate, the following actions must be taken:

1. Make a notarized copy of a trademark certificate.
2. Submit the document for certification with the stamp «Legalization» to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
3. Submit the document for certification with the stamp «Legalization» to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
4. Then it is possible to perform the following actions depending on the requirements of another party/country: translation, notarization of the translation, additional certification with legalization stamps of MoJ and MFA, consular legalization.

Required documents:

• the original of the above document (or provide an already notarized copy);
• a power of attorney from a document holder;
• additional documents.
